Pumpkin Bundt Cake with Browned Butter Cream Cheese Frosting

This Pumpkin Bundt Cake is super simple to make in one bowl. Even with gluten free flour, it comes out super moist. This cake would be a great alternative Thanksgiving dessert!

Hello, friends! I just had to come on here and share this recipe that I can't stop making. The moist cake that is literally the flavor of fall! The nutty, melt in your mouth browned butter cream cheese frosting! The crunchy candied pecans that only take a few minutes to prepare! Just look at this drippy glaze!

If all of that didn't already catch your attention, I would just like to give a little praise for bundt pans. I haven't had one for most of my marriage (8 years, can you believe that?!). I finally bought one recently and I don't think I'll ever go back to layered or sheet cakes. It's just so fancy and beautiful for so little effort.

I mean, I say I'll never go back to layer cakes, but for some unfathomable reason I started a tradition of making elaborately decorated birthday cakes for my kids.  Now with 5 kids that means I get a lot of cake decorating practice these days. Good thing I love cake decorating (usually...).

Now that our latest addition to the family is getting a little older (4 months soon!), I feel like I will be easing off of the frozen pizza and getting into some more new recipes to share with you all.

Would you like me to share all my Thanksgiving recipes with you??

I usually host a biiiig Thanksgiving at my house. If you're new around here, Samuel and I are both from large families (I am one of 7 kids, Samuel is one of 12!), and though I'm not quite crazy enough to host both of our entire families, I usually have around 10 adults and 20 kids.

So, I feel like I'm experienced enough in Thanksgiving prep to be able to share a few tips and recipes with you by this point.

But for today, my only Thanksgiving advice is this: if you're on dessert duty (which hopefully I won't be), you should definitely throw this cake on the list to make along with your pies.

And please, don't skip out on the pecans. That extra crunch just is the perfect addition to this cake. The best part is that my kids hate the nuts, so every time I give them a slice, I move all their pecans onto my piece.

Let me know if you make this beautiful dessert. I love it when you tag me in your instagram posts or send me an email telling me that you enjoyed a recipe. Bringing some smiles to the table makes it all worth it.
